In the final quarter of 2025, 142 respondents across 140 organisations completed our member survey. The JIB’s overall performance was rated as Good, Very Good or Excellent by 84% of respondents, with 87 agreeing that the JIB makes them feel valued as a member.
The three main reasons cited for joining the JIB were:
- JIB membership is the mark of a quality employer
- The JIB Benefits Scheme, including private healthcare
- An HR solution, employment terms and conditions
83% of respondents agreed that the JIB was important to their business, with 97% of members stating that lobbying and representation activity is important.
When surveyed on their priorities for 2026, respondents stated that they would like to receive more updates on market, industry and legislative changes, along with increased promotion of the JIB as an organisation and of the CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and Skills Development Fund.
