The Employment Rights Bill receives Royal Assent on 18 December 2025 and becomes the Employment Rights Act 2025.
The Act sets out a framework of reforms to employment law which will be brought in during the next two years. The Government has begun consulting on these changes with more details to emerge in secondary legislation.
