The JIB has appointed Greg Hall as Head of Industrial Relations. Greg brings a wealth of experienced gained from more than 35 years at Phoenix ME Ltd during which time he has held a number of industrial and labour relations role, including on high-profile projects such as the Broadgate Development in the City of London and Wembley Stadium.
After joining Phoenix as an electrical trainee, Greg’s career progressed from Approved Electrician into roles in Health and Safety and as Shop Steward for Unite the Union. For the past 10 years he has worked as Labour and Industrial Relations Manager and has been an active member and supporter of the JIB National Board, ECA Labour Relations Committee and negotiations team and ECA Major Contractors’ forum. He was a member of the JIB Regional Board for the London, South East and Southern region for many years.
