Lodging allowance

Lodging Allowance 2012

It was agreed under Section 7(b) of the JIB 2008/2009/2010 Industrial Determination that future Lodging Allowance increases would be based upon the industry formula of the movement in the catering element of the Retail Price Index.

Accordingly the Lodging Allowance from and including 2nd January 2012 will be increased to £34.28 per night.

Retention payment will become £11.39 per night (£79.73 per week).

Lodging Allowance 2011

It was agreed under Section 7(b) of the JIB 2008/2009/2010 Industrial Determination that future Lodging Allowance increases would be based upon the industry formula of the movement in the catering element of the Retail Price Index.

Accordingly, the Lodging Allowance from and including 4th January 2011 will be increased to £32.68 per night.
