A. Spring - 15th March, Summer - 1st June and Winter - 1st December
Q. Can you tell me the premium for Bupa Cover?
A. Please ring ECA on 08450 343 200 for a pro-rata table
Q. Why is my new starter not showing on my current session as I started him on my last one?
A. This session was printed before the update, you can always confirm by the date at the bottom
Q. I am trying to purchase credits on line but it will not let me submit it?
A. You have either not purchased the correct amount of credits for an operative or the start or leave date is wrong
Q. I am trying to claim holiday pay on line and it will not let me?
A. You are either in the wrong year or you have not saved the transaction properly before submitting
Q. I have to pay an operative 2 days holiday pay how do I work it out?
A. The holiday pay is based on the whole 52 week period, 52 x holiday element divided by 22 days
Q. I have paid an operative his holiday pay early how do I claim it back?
A. You must submit a holiday pay advance form immediately to receive the money back
Q. Why have we not received the same total of holiday pay that was on the pink claim form?
A. You may have had a leaver or a new starter after the claim form was printed, please check date at bottom of the pink form
Q. Why have I not received any top up money?
A. You must enter an amount in the box provided.
